Victoria Salzman grew up in New York City. She studied painting and etching at The New School for Social Research, Massachusetts College of Art, and Queens College. She worked for many years at The National Academy of Design and the Robert Blackburn Printmaking Workshop. Victoria has been a member of the prestigious Blue Mountain Gallery since the year 2000. She has had many shows in New York and throughout the United States as well as receiving numerous grants and awards in printmaking. Her etchings are part of the permanent collections of The Brooklyn Museum, The New York Public Library, The Library of Princeton University, Robert Blackburn’s Printmaking Workshop and Kathy Caraccio’s Printing Studio.
