The K. Caraccio studio focuses on collaborative platemaking and editioning to non-acid plate-making and monotype projects using non-traditional techniques, including pochoir, silk aquatint, and hanga (Japanese water-based woodblock printing). The studio is invested in non-acid techniques and green printing materials.

In addition to printing for established artists and publishers, the studio develops projects with emerging artists and first-time printmakers. Kathy fosters creative inspiration while utilizing her skills in a broad spectrum of stylistic trends and printmaking techniques. The studio also offers an apprenticeship program for artists.
