Exhibiting at the Drawing Center in NYC and involvement in a time-lapse painting for Sesame Street are among the numerous notches in Ms. Helander's colorful battle axe. Her work is in the collection of the Zimmerli Museum, among other collections. She printed at Kathy's Bowery studio in the late eighties.
